Everything you need to go from signup to your first launched campaign. Questions? support@foxes.ai
Getting started
Sign up, pick a credit tier, and generate your first image ad in under five minutes.
- Create your account and start the 7-day trial — $100 in credits, nothing due today.
- Paste your product or landing page URL; your Fox builds a brand kit from it automatically.
- Ask for an image ad in chat. Confirm the credit cost on the card, and four variations render in about a minute.
Brand kits
Your Fox extracts colors, voice, and product imagery from a URL so every creative stays on brand.
- Add a brand from any URL in Settings or straight from chat.
- Review the extracted palette, tone of voice, and product photos; edit anything that's off.
- Real product photos ground every render, keeping labels legible and colors true.
Generating creatives
Image ads, cinematic video, and UGC talking-actor video — from chat or the Canvas.
- Describe the shot and pick a product. Every paid action shows its exact credit cost before running.
- Videos over 10 seconds automatically include a lip-sync refinement pass, quoted up front.
- Finished assets land in chat and in Projects; add word-timed captions to any video for 250 credits.
Credits & billing
One plan, credit-metered. $2.00 per 1,000 credits on every tier.
- Plan credits are granted monthly and stay spendable for 60 days; bonus credits never expire.
- Failed runs refund automatically. Refunds restore bonus credits first.
- Change credit volume anytime in Settings → Billing, prorated immediately on upgrades.
Connecting Meta
OAuth in, publish paused, flip on when ready.
- Connect your ad account under Integrations → Meta.
- Launch manually (free) or let the AI Builder assemble the campaign (2,000 credits, charged only on success).
- Every campaign publishes PAUSED. Nothing spends until you turn it on in Ads Manager or in Foxes.
Fox in Slack
Report performance and take approved actions where your team already works.
- Install the Foxes Slack app from Integrations → Slack.
- Mention @Fox to ask about performance or request creatives.
- Fox proposes actions — pause, scale, reallocate — and executes only after you approve.
