Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Lazarus LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you access or use our website at foxes.ai (the “Site”) and related online services we offer in connection with the Foxes brand. This policy is designed to help you understand our practices and your choices, including when you interact with our advertising (such as ads that link to this policy).

1. Who we are

Lazarus LLC is the operator of the Site and is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy (except where we note that a third party is responsible for its own processing).

Mailing address: Lazarus LLC, 30 North Gould, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

We market contractor-focused website and marketing systems under the Foxes name. References to “Foxes” in our marketing or on the Site refer to services offered by Lazarus LLC unless the context says otherwise.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, through email or other communications you send to us in connection with the Site, and through certain advertising or measurement activities related to our business (for example, if you click an ad that directs you to the Site or a landing page we control). It does not apply to information collected by third-party platforms under their own privacy policies unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Some of our conversion flows may direct you to third-party pages or applications (for example, scheduling or account tools we use to operate our business). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read them when you leave the Site or engage with a third-party service.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect or receive the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly. For example, if you book a call, request information, subscribe to communications, submit a form, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, service area, project details, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Account and transactional information. If you become a customer or use services we provide, we may collect billing-related details, service preferences, communications about your account, and records of requests you make.
  • Device and technical data. When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps. We may also collect approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, understand traffic patterns, and deliver and measure advertising (including social and display advertising).
  • Information from partners. We may receive information from advertising platforms, analytics providers, data partners, or lead partners where permitted by law, such as campaign performance data, hashed contact identifiers used for matching, or limited demographic or interest data associated with advertising campaigns.

4. How we use information

We use personal information for the following purposes, as permitted by applicable law:

  • Provide and improve our services, including responding to inquiries, scheduling demos, onboarding customers, delivering services, troubleshooting, and improving our website and offerings.
  • Communicate with you, including sending confirmations, service messages, administrative notices, and—where allowed—marketing about products or services we believe may be relevant.
  • Security and integrity, including detecting fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity, and protecting our users, our business, and the public.
  • Analytics and product development, including understanding how visitors use the Site, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and developing new features.
  • Advertising and measurement, including creating custom or similar audiences where permitted, remarketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and optimizing ad performance on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other partners.
  • Legal compliance, including complying with law, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our agreements.

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where privacy laws require a “legal basis,” we rely on one or more of the following, as applicable:

  • Performance of a contract with you (or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
  • Legitimate interests that are not overridden by your privacy rights, such as securing our services, understanding how our marketing performs, improving our website, and operating our business responsibly.
  • Consent, where required for certain cookies, marketing messages, or sensitive categories of processing.
  • Legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with the law.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and vendors who assist us with hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, email delivery, scheduling, communications, payment processing, advertising delivery and measurement, IT security, and similar functions, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards where required by law.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, including social platforms and ad networks, to place and measure ads, report conversions, and build audiences in accordance with each platform’s terms and your settings where applicable.
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where needed to operate our business or protect rights.
  • Authorities and other parties for legal reasons, if we believe disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lazarus LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. If that occurs, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to standard confidentiality and notice practices where required.

We do not “sell” personal information in the traditional sense of selling data lists for money. However, some U.S. state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain advertising and analytics activities. If you are a resident of a state with an opt-out right for targeted advertising or “sales” as defined by law, see Section 9.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Depending on your browser and device settings, you may be able to control cookies through your browser. Many advertising platforms also offer choices about personalized ads.

If you use Meta products, you can review Meta’s ad settings and learn more about how Meta uses information in Meta’s help resources. If you use Google services, Google provides ad personalization controls in your Google account settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and our operational needs. For example, marketing records, customer communications, and advertising logs may be retained for different lengths of time. When retention is no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or archive the information in accordance with applicable law.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain information, the right to opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising or “sales”/“sharing” as defined by some U.S. state laws), and the right to appeal certain decisions. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights where prohibited by law.

U.S. state privacy laws. Residents of certain U.S. states (including, where applicable, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, and Virginia) may have additional rights under state law. The exact scope of rights depends on your state of residence and applicable exemptions (for example, certain rules may not apply to publicly available information, or to information collected in a business-to-business context in limited circumstances).

How to submit a request. You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us using the information in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. If you use an authorized agent where permitted by law, we may require proof of authorization.

Marketing opt-out. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails where available. SMS or other channels may include separate opt-out instructions if we use them to communicate with you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). Some browsers transmit opt-out preference signals (such as GPC). Where required by law, we will treat qualifying opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of certain forms of “sharing” or targeted advertising, to the extent we can reasonably associate the signal with you and the scope is technically feasible for our implementation.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using secure devices, protecting your account credentials if we provide accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of information you submit.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us using the information below and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and, if appropriate, delete such information.

12. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page and post the updated policy on the Site. If changes are material and required by law, we may provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site or contacting you where appropriate). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy, except where your consent is required by law.
