Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash or Google identity, phone if you add it.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
• Workspace content: brand kits, products, uploads, generated assets, chat history.
• Ad platform data: when you connect Meta, we store an encrypted access token and sync campaign structure and performance metrics you authorize.
• Usage data: feature events and diagnostics to keep the product working.

How we use it

To run the product: generating creatives (your inputs are sent to AI model providers such as Anthropic and fal.ai), publishing campaigns you approve, metering credits, sending transactional email, and support. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and fal.ai (AI processing), Resend (email), Inngest (job processing), Meta (when you connect it). Each receives only what it needs.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content stays until you delete it or your account. Email support@foxes.ai to delete your account; we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Security

Row-level security on every table, encrypted ad platform tokens, signed URLs for all stored assets, and secrets kept server-side only.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email support@foxes.ai and we honor them.
