Foxes (operated by Lazarus LLC, "we", "us") provides AI tools that generate advertising creatives and publish advertising campaigns to third-party platforms such as Meta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your team. Seats are unlimited; every member you invite acts on behalf of your team.
AI actions consume credits. Each paid action shows its exact credit cost before you confirm it. Credits included with your monthly plan and trial credits expire 60 days after they are issued. Bonus credits never expire. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable or transferable. If a generation job fails, its credit hold is released in full.
Foxes is a subscription. After your 7-day free trial ends, the payment method on file is charged the plan price you selected, and then on each monthly or annual renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you choose the skip-trial option, your trial ends immediately and your first charge happens that day. Prices may change with 30 days notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Specifically: (a) partial billing periods are not refunded when you cancel; (b) consumed credits are not refunded; (c) if a platform defect charged you credits without delivering an asset, contact support@foxes.ai within 14 days and we restore the credits or refund the equivalent charge, at our option. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.
You retain rights to materials you upload and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers, you own the assets Foxes generates for you. You grant us the license needed to process, store, and deliver those assets. You are responsible for the ads you publish, including legal compliance in your markets.
Publishing to Meta requires your authorization via Meta's OAuth. Campaigns publish in paused state; enabling spend is your action. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections or account restrictions.
The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong or unsuitable; review everything before you run it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
